1. EXPERIMENTAL STATUS

Crappy LXC is a "best-effort" hobbyist project hosted on low-end hardware. No uptime SLAs are provided. Hardware may go offline for maintenance, power outages, or if the admin's cat trips over the cable.

2. NO ABUSE POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)

The following activities will result in immediate termination of your container without refund:

• DDoS/DoS attacks or Port Scanning.
• Hosting Public Proxies, VPNs, or TOR Exit Nodes.
• Email Spamming (SMTP ports are blocked by default).
• Crypto mining or 100% CPU pinning for extended periods (Respect the node!).
• Hosting illegal content, malware, or phishing pages.

3. LIABILITY

You are solely responsible for any traffic originating from your LXC container. The provider is not liable for any data loss, damages, or legal issues caused by your usage. Backup your own data.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments made in POL (Polygon) are final and non-refundable. If your container is terminated due to a ToS violation, you forfeit your access and payment.
