This is a Banana Pi M1 sitting in a living room somewhere in Brazil, running tiny Linux Containers (LXC).
It's cheap. It's decentralized. It might go offline if someone unplugs the wrong cable. Like my son.
If you need 99.9% Uptime, go to AWS.
